CFP® refers to Certified Financial Planner a designation held by both Ms. Gilbert and Ms. Cole. It is a rigorous complement or coursework, examinations, continuing education and ethical standard requirements.
NAPFA™ refers to National Association of Personal Financial Planners which likewise holds financial advisers to high professional and fiduciary standards, and bears the coveted trademark of Fee-only™. Members have committed to receive no compensation in terms of referral fees, commission, trails. This supports the commitment to only our clients first.
We strive to keep fees low so that you have more money to invest. Fees or commissions can have a significant impact on your portfolio. Layers of fees may erode your principal significantly. As a member of NAPFA™ (National Association for Personal Financial Planning) we have earned the designation as a fiduciary. Being on your side of the table means disclosing all charges on a “fee-only™” basis.
